A: No, there was no change to how you add articles or images to the website.
Q: Do Co-Authors now show up on the website?
A: Yes, now co-authors show up on the website!
Q: Are captions now working on the website?
A: Yes, you should now see the captions on the website. Please make sure you are adding a caption and image credit to the caption field when you add a photo.
Q: If I forgot my password can I reset it?
A: Yes, there are two ways to do it.
- Click forgot password and enter your email SNHU email address.
- Enter a help ticket for Team Web on penmenpress.com/info. Please use your SNHU email so we can make sure it who you are saying you are.
Q: If I am new to Press how do I get Website Access?
A: Please fill out the New Member form found on the Team Web section of the Info Page.
